Oferta de empleo: Seur creará más de 2.500 puestos de trabajo en la campaña del Black Friday, Navidad y Rebajas

Seur ampliará su plantilla con más de 2.500 nuevos puestos de trabajo durante la próxima campaña de Navidad, que dará el pistoletazo de salida con el Black Friday, un periodo en el cual la compañía prevé un 10% más de volumen de operaciones que en la misma fecha el año pasado, superando los 13 millones de envíos.

La empresa de transporte urgente comenzó 2018 con más de 8.000 profesionales, aumentando un 6% frente al año anterior, a los que ahora se suman estas nuevas incorporaciones, consolidándose, según la propia compañía, como un «importante» generador de empleo en España y Portugal.

De acuerdo con la empresa, la campaña de Navidad cada vez es «más extensa», ya que desde hace unos años comienza en el Black Friday, una fecha que cada vez más usuarios aprovechan para realizar compras a mejores precios e incluso adelantar los regalos de Navidad.

Seur estima que este año el lunes 26 de noviembre (el siguiente al Black Friday) se convertirá en el día con mayor número de envíos, superando los 600.000 paquetes entregados derivados de las compras de la semana anterior, lo cual podría significar un aumento del 15% frente al año pasado.

La campaña continuará con el Cyber Monday, también con fechas clave como el puente de la Constitución y los días más señalados de la Navidad, hasta finalizar pasado el periodo más importante de las rebajas, que Seur sitúa en el 14 de enero.

SE BATIRÁ RÉCORD DE VENTAS

El comercio electrónico volverá a ser protagonista de esta campaña y la empresa estima que este marcará de nuevo una cifra récord de ventas, sobre todo en los sectores de moda, juguetes y electrónica.

Según Seur, los servicios dedicados a este sector experimentarán también un incremento en la demanda, como las entregas muy urgentes, que pueden salvar más de una situación en esta época. Para ello Seur reforzará también su solución Seur Now con la que realiza entregas en una o dos horas en Madrid, Barcelona y Valencia aumentando la plantilla dedicada a este servicio en un 40%.

Madrid, Cataluña y Andalucía serán las comunidades en las que la empresa prevé que se va a concentrar el mayor refuerzo operativo durante este periodo, siendo los perfiles más demandados personal de reparto y mozos de almacén.
